Photo Submission Terms

You own your photo. Submitting it to The Bryck Box does not transfer ownership or copyright to us, and we make no claim to your image beyond the license described below.

By submitting a photo and checking the consent boxes, you grant The Bryck Box a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, resize, crop and share the approved photo and its caption on our website, social media accounts, email marketing and promotional materials. This license lasts until you request removal.

Every submission is reviewed by a person before it can appear publicly. We may decline any submission, edit a public caption for length, clarity or privacy, unpublish a photo, or remove content at any time and for any reason. We are not obligated to publish any submission.

You confirm that everyone identifiable in the photo has given permission to be shown. If a minor appears in the photo, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you have that person’s permission.

Submit original photos only. You are responsible for making sure your submission does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

• Offensive, hateful, violent, sexual or otherwise inappropriate content
• Personal documents, addresses, account screenshots or other private information
• Photos of people who have not given permission
• Content unrelated to LEGO® building or The Bryck Box
• Advertising, spam or third-party promotional material

You can request removal of a published photo at any time from your dashboard under “My Shared Builds”, or by emailing support@thebryckbox.com. The photo is hidden from the public site immediately, and we then delete it from active use. Materials already printed or already distributed (for example an email that has been sent) cannot be recalled.

We never publish last names, street addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or account identifiers alongside a photo. Location metadata (including EXIF GPS data) is stripped from every uploaded image before it is stored, and unapproved photos are kept in private storage that is not publicly reachable.

If you believe a published photo raises a privacy, copyright or safety concern, use the “Report photo” option in the gallery or contact support@thebryckbox.com. Privacy reports are escalated for immediate review.
