How many LEGO® sets can I rent?+
Standard Build exchanges are unlimited. You can have one set at a time. Finish your current build, return it, and once Bryck Box receives and approves your return, your next eligible available build can ship.
Do I have to wait until next month for another set?+
No. Standard Build exchanges are not limited to one per month. Once your current set is returned, received, and approved, you can move on to your next eligible available Standard Build.
How many sets can I have at once?+
One set at a time.
Does unlimited mean I can have several sets at home?+
No. Unlimited refers to Standard Build exchanges. You can have one Bryck Box rental at a time.
How long can I keep my set?+
Build at your own pace. As long as your membership remains active and paid, there is no monthly build deadline. You simply need to return your current set before another can ship.
When exactly does my next build ship?+
Once we receive and approve your return, your next eligible available build can ship — assuming the rest of the usual requirements are met (membership in good standing, queue position, availability, no fulfillment holds, and Premium entitlement where applicable). A carrier scan or an in-transit return does not release the next build; approval after inspection does.
Is shipping included?+
Yes. Shipping both ways is included with membership, subject to the applicable Premium Build rules. Every box arrives with a prepaid return label.
What are Premium Builds?+
Some of our largest and most specialized sets are designated Premium Builds, and they carry a PREMIUM BUILD badge on the set page. Master Builder includes one Premium Build shipment per membership month. Everything else is a Standard Build, and Standard Build exchanges are unlimited.
Can I get another Premium Build before my allowance resets?+
Yes. You can purchase an Additional Premium Exchange for $49.99 from your dashboard, choose a Standard Build at no additional charge, or wait until your next Premium allowance resets. Your Premium allowance resets at the start of each membership month — including on annual plans, which reset monthly rather than once a year. A Premium purchase never changes your membership plan or renewal.
What does my membership tier actually determine?+
Which LEGO® sets you can access — not how many Standard Builds you can exchange. Builder covers sets up to 500 pieces, Family Builder up to 1,500 pieces, and Master Builder unlocks 1,501+ pieces plus all eligible available Bryck Box sets.

What happens if I'm still building when my membership renews?+
Your subscription renews as scheduled while your membership remains active, and you can keep building your current set. Once it's returned and approved, you're eligible for your next build.
Are these real LEGO® sets?+
Yes — every set is 100% authentic LEGO®, purchased directly from official channels and inspected between members.
What if I lose a piece?+
It happens. Lost-piece coverage is included with every membership. Note it on your return and we take it from there — no fees, no hassle.
Can multiple people build together?+
That's the whole idea. Our sets are curated to be built collaboratively — parents, kids, grandparents, whoever's in.
Are instructions included?+
Yes. Every set ships with the official printed instructions and works with the free LEGO® Builder app.
Can I pause or cancel?+
Anytime, from your dashboard. No cancellation fees, no phone calls.
Is this safe for younger kids?+
Membership tiers are based on piece count, not age — every set lists its official LEGO® recommended age. Sets are recommended for ages 6+ with adult participation.
Is The Bryck Box affiliated with LEGO®?+
No. The Bryck Box is an independent LEGO® rental service. We rent genuine LEGO® products but are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies.
